This link is for one department only. The head and the vices share it — whoever is on duty marks the register. If it does not open, check that you are using the link the office sent you and not one forwarded from another department.
Tap a name once for came, twice for away, a third time to clear it. An away week is not counted against anybody.
If somebody has travelled, gone to the village, or is unwell for a stretch of weeks, say it once here. Every register in between will open with them already marked away, so you do not have to remember week after week — and none of those weeks will be counted against them. If they turn up anyway, just tick them present on the day.
Counted over the last two months, from the department meeting and the two services. Weeks somebody was away do not count against them at all — they come out of the reckoning, so a person who travelled for three weeks and came to the fourth reads "1 of 1". Sunday set-up is a rota, so missing it is not being absent either; the turns each person has served are shown on the right, because that is the number that tells you who is quietly carrying the work.
This sends a note to the church office. Nothing changes on the register until they act on it.
